Our Director
Prof. Janardan Prasad Shukla is retired prof. of faculty of education affiliated from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University Jaunpur Uttar Pradesh. I had taught in M.Ed and B.Ed classes and Head of Department till retirement. I had done my Ph.D. degree from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. I had got M.Sc. degree from Gorakhpur University and was also lecturer in B.Sc. classes in 80’s.
I was pioneer to establish their society in the memory of my father Late Raj Pati Shukla attaining the registration of society under society act namely Rajpati Shukla Memorial Social and Educational Society.
Our Approach
At Rajpati Shukla Private ITI, our approach focuses on delivering a balanced mix of practical training and theoretical knowledge to prepare students for real-world industrial challenges. We believe that skill-based education should not only teach the “how” but also the “why” behind every concept.
Our curriculum, aligned with NCVT guidelines, includes Basic Theory, Practical Work, Engineering Drawing, Workshop Calculation & Science, and Employability Skills. Through interactive workshops, hands-on practice, and continuous assessments, we ensure that students build confidence and technical accuracy.
We follow a student-first philosophy, where every learner receives guidance according to their pace and learning style. Our well-equipped labs, experienced faculty, and disciplined environment foster growth, curiosity, and innovation.

Founded by Prof. Janardan Prasad Shukla, a retired educationist and visionary, Rajpati Shukla Private ITI was established under the Rajpati Shukla Memorial Social and Educational Society in memory of his late father. With decades of teaching experience, Prof. Shukla envisioned an institute that empowers rural and semi-urban students with technical knowledge, discipline, and the ability to succeed in the modern industrial world.
